Tuition Fees

1. The tuition fees are charged for the term. There are no weekly fees.

2. There is no refund or credit unless the teacher is unavailable for the lesson and in this case the;

3. Cancellation Policy: If 24 hours is given in writing (email) the two hour lesson can be made up at another time that week or a subsequent week during the same term. Individual lessons and or 1 hour groups sessions cannot be made up. There will be no refunds or credits carried over to the next term.

Money Back Guarantee

1. New students who have not previously been enrolled at ARRENDELL Education are eligible for this policy only. A new student is deemed as a student who has never undertaken any term or holiday tutoring session. Current students will follow the terms and conditions of their original enrolment.

2. This guarantee only applies for regular term courses (not valid for holiday or short courses).

3. All funds, including the enrolment fee, will be returned to the new customer if they deregister within the given timeframe and adhere to the terms and conditions.

4. Timeframe/deregistration period: New students are eligible for this refund within the first 6 days after their first lesson (before the next lesson). This means the student must deregister and return all resources before the next consecutive lesson to receive the refund.

5. First tutoring session is valid for one session per subject.

6. All resources must be returned within the deregistration period. If they are not all returned, the customer will be charged for the whole term regardless.

7. Money back for refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

8. A deregistration form must be filled in to process the refund.

9. ARRENDELL education reserves the right to make changes to this First Session Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions without notice.

Referral Program Discount

A $50 Referral Discount applies to the Referrer when a new family has been introduced to ARRENDELL Education for the first time. This will be applied to the respective family, to the first child only, at the time of registration and full payment of enrolment fees.
